Erklärung zur europäischen Bauprodukteverordnung 305/2011
Novik Fassadenelemente und Dachelemente aus Co-Polymeren sind ein Bauprodukt ohne CE-Kennzeichnung.
Die europäische Bauprodukteverordnung 305/2011 schreibt eine CE-Kennzeichnung für alle Bauprodukte vor, die einer für diese Bauprodukte anwendbaren harmonisierten europäischen Norm entsprechen.
Für Bauprodukte ohne anwendbare harmonisierte Norm ist eine Europäisch Technische Bewertung vorzusehen, jedoch ohne zeitliche Vorgabe.
Dies betrifft alle Fassadenelemente und Dachelemente, die Novik inc. Herstellt.
Die ETB werden von technischen Bewertungsstellen, in Deutschland vom DIBT ( Deutschem Institut für Bautechnik ) in Verbindung mit den Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstellen, hier Materialprüfungsamt NRW, erstellt.
Die Novik inc. strebt gerade beim DIBT eine Europäisch Technisch Zulassung an und wird vom DIBT zwecks Europäisch Technischer Bewertung informiert werden.
